Our History

Founded in 2019, Yuyao (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. traces its technical roots to cutting-edge research in Materials Genome Engineering conducted in 2018. Specializing in the intersection of AI and advanced materials, the company has independently developed "MatterSeek"-a foundational large model tailored to the materials sector-and pioneered the HNN (Hierarchical Neural Network) algorithm, while building a proprietary, controllable materials experiment database. Recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise and a Beijing "Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative" (SRDI) SME, the company's self-developed AI-driven materials R&D platform has been designated as a municipal-level industrial internet platform in Beijing. Leveraging the "AI prediction + experimental validation" paradigm, the platform provides intelligent materials R&D SaaS and customized joint R&D services to sectors such as new energy, semiconductors, and aerospace, significantly shortening development cycles and reducing trial-and-error costs. MatterSeek has successfully completed the filing process for generative AI services and continues to advance the industrialization of its technology and the expansion of its global service capabilities.

Our Factory

Yuyao Technology has established an AI-driven, automated "lights-out" laboratory for new inorganic materials in Beijing. Spanning a building area of 1,200 square meters with a total investment of RMB 120 million, the facility enables 24/7, unattended, high-throughput experimentation, capable of developing 300 to 500 sample sets per day. Centered on the full value chain of inorganic non-metallic materials-encompassing synthesis, processing, and characterization-the laboratory features six major process clusters. These cover R&D scenarios for diverse materials, including hydrogen storage materials for motors, electronic components, new energy batteries, catalytic and thermal insulation materials, lithium-ion battery separators, and optical protective coatings. The laboratory is organized into functional zones such as an exhibition area, precision instrumentation, high-temperature processing, synthesis and preparation, and public analysis. Utilizing robotic arms and AGV autonomous navigation systems, it executes fully unmanned workflows covering ingredient preparation, synthesis, heat treatment, molding, sample pretreatment, and performance characterization. The platform is equipped with comprehensive preparation hardware-such as systems for melting and sintering, hydrothermal synthesis, electrospinning, and thin-film deposition-alongside automated characterization tools like XRD, Raman spectroscopy, FTIR, and BET analysis, thereby establishing a complete closed-loop process from formulation testing to performance evaluation. By integrating proprietary scheduling and control software, the platform eliminates human error, shortens R&D cycles, and reduces trial-and-error costs, ultimately empowering the industrial upgrade of the new materials sector and driving the iterative development of domestic new material technologies.
